When go to youtube it tells me my javascript is turned off or i need adobe flash player, i have checked javascript and it is definitely on and whenever i download adobe flash player it doesnt seem to appear on my programs! please help me

Youtube always pulls this crap on me! It is so frustrating. Sometimes I can bypass it, when you get to the video you want, copy the URL for it, close your browser, re-open and paste. It works for me about 75% of the time. Stupid YouTube.
