Moses? I know he had a radiant face after conversing with God, but did people fear him? Not sure.
I think it was Moses. When he came down from the mountain with the commandments people below were worshiping false idols, maybe they feared what he would do when he saw this going on... I don't know if thats how its put in the bible though...
Why misconceptions about who wrote Bibles and some other religious books? What /Who /How long /When / Where / Why were they written?

yes, they feared him, even Aaron his brother.Exodus 34:28-35. he wore a veil when he came from the tabernacle but would remove it when he entered to speak with God...
