My kids father is 25,000 in arrears, hasn't seen them in 7 years and we want to relocate to a different state. I have to get permission from the court to leave, if he shows up to court (which he hasn't in 7 yrs) can i argue him?

You wont have to, if he shows up, he'll be locked up. Expect a check, of 10% or more before he could be relieced. You should also recieve any tax return he files. Does he have any property you could put a lien on? Do it, before you are granted permission to leave the state. Best of luck to you, I know what it's like to be a mom & dad, to the children.
