thanks for answering, I have a friend who is lucky enough to take power naps and it works for her, I on the other hand, it takes me about 45 min to an hour to fall asleep...power naps its turture for me. she said her moms would make her take naps as a child.....that never worked for me as a child, I would lay there but would not fall asleep.
