    my last will and testimoney of solid mine i give every thing to my wife if we both die together i leave my son the red truck if not paid off and 100.00 dollars if truck is paid off this wil be changed
    to my daughter karen i leave all cash in b&b bank and wachovia bank
    and 7 real estate lots used as rentals and up to karen if she wants to take care of michael

    I have talked to several attorneys and they all say if you do fill out your own last will and testament, at the least you should get an attorney to look it over. They also say to get a "power of attorney" and a "living will".

    you have to call the probate court where the will may have been put in the town she died in.
