Question

Help answer this question below.

I am filling out a W-4 for a new job, and I don't want as much taken out in taxes. I have filled out the Personal Allowances Worksheet and end up with "2" on line H. Do I have to enter "1" on line B? I am single and have only one job. Thanks!
