Honestly, I didn't care for the first book in my first attempt at reading it, and disliked the movie interpretation completely...but then I read Eragon and Eldest together and was hooked. I can't wait for the 4th book already!

I was the same. Except, i was about 10 when my brother first handed it to me to read it, and i just didn't understand it. A year later, I read the whole thing in a day when i picked it up and decided to read it. I loved it so much! I got Eldest as soon as i could, because it was already out~!!! After i read them both, I basically learned the whole ancient language. I made flash cards and studdied them night and day! I read the books over and over and over!! then i heard about the 3rd book... !!!!!! I screamed so loud when i was looking up Eldest. I looked it up EVERYwhere, and basically already had the whole book memerized before it came out. now, I know everything about all the books. Quiz me if you don't believe me. I am!My mother bought it for me as a birthday present.I had already watched the movie and i thought the book wasn't good.So,one day i was bored and i gave the book a try.It was completely fantastic!I couldn't stop reading!When i finished it,i bought the eldest and it was perfect too.Then i searched when the third book would come out and i found that it was to be released on 23th september 2008.Imagine how i felt when i found out it was coming in Greece sometime in may 2009!So know,i just have to wait for brisingr which is most difficult.I have painted posters of eragon battles and have them all over my room.My father who is a painter made a PERFECT picture of the battle in the first movie. P.S:I can't wait for brisingr.

ME!!!!! ( : I love them so much! I would totally read Eragon again but I have to read school books so I don't fail classes. If school wasn't an issue I'd probably read it 27 times until I finally put it down and read Eldest 27 times, and so on till the fourth book.

Yup! I first only wanted to read it to compare with the movie. I totally enjoyed it and read all the books except since it hasn't come out yet. I can't wait fot it to come out though!
