Help answer this question below.
First, try to conquer that nail biting problem :)
Try the Barielle line, they make very good quality products for nails and their site is well organized (you can search and shop for their products by ailment). http://www.barielle.com/
There is also a company called Nutri Nail that is always advertising their nail strengthening products and these are sold at most drugstores. Another drugstore brand is Sally Hanen. Both make strengthening treatments you can wear with or without nail polish. It's usually a clear coat of some sort.
My personal favorite and recomendation is a product made by OPI called "Nail Envy". I use their entire line of products and have been pleased.
"Original Nail Envy
To fortify and harden thin, brittle natural nails, apply two coats of Original Nail Envy, followed by a one-coat application every other day."
This is available at many beuty supply stores, salons, and at http://www.drugstore.com.
Hope this helps! :)
There is a product available called Nutra Nail (www.wallgreens.com)that you can purchase that works really well. You simply apply twice a day and rub it into your cuticle and nail. I noticed a change within a week. Good Luck!
Make sure you get plenty of B vitamins according to my old boss who did a health and beauty course
Drink Knox gelatin once weekly to harden your nails. Try some habanero hot pepper on your nails to stop the biting.
Pre-natal vitamins are great for the hair and nails.
Sally Hansen has good products, try one of them. Also use Vaseline Hands & Nails lotion, nails need moisture to grow strong and this stuff works great. It guaranteed that nails will be 10 times stronger in two weeks.
I actually use a really nice product by Sally Hansen called Maximum Growth.. it actually comes as a French Manicure set, with the White tip Marker. It costs about $8 at any drug store.. i bought mine at shopko. it works really good, it comes with a clear coat and a light pink coat.. i highly recommend it :)
I use a product you have to get at a specialty store, such as Sally Beauty Supply. It is a blue colored liquid but it doesn't show up as blue on your nails or no one would buy it. It is called ICU Nail Treatment. It is about $7.50 per bottle and worth every penny.

You're reading I bite my nails and every time I get them to grow, they just break because they're weak. What can I use to make my nails stronger?
