  • the only way you can legally do it is if your married. it allows automatic emancipation.
  • You would have to go to court and get an emancipation. To do that you would have to prove that you are mature enough to take care of yours and that you have enough money to support yourself. If you are already 17 it would probably be easier to just wait until you are 18 to leave. Unless of course your safety is at stake. If that is true than you need to either go to a police station or call the local abuse hotline. Just know that if you do this they will not allow you to live alone. They will put you in a shelter or foster home until you are 18.
  • This is not true i am now 17 and i moved out of my paren't house into my boyfriends about 2 months after turning 16 when my parents called the police the police asked how old I was and they said they couldn't do anything!!!!
