the sunset or the sunshine, a hug and a smile can help too. hmm i dont know there are many things that i find joy in.

Clean drinking water, free access to toilets and plumbing, toilet paper, soap, shampoo & conditioner, a/c & heat....a roof over my head...and lipstick and eyeliner.....basically, the basics!
