I live in a condominium and my lease was up from from march, i was not given another lease to sign, i still paid my rent on time, i am now moving into house, do i need to give my landlord any notice since i have a lease or an agreement to pay monthly

    In most states, upon the expiration of a written lease the tenancy automatically defaults to a month-to-month term. Typically this means that either the landlord or the tenant must provide a minimum of 30 days' notice to terminate the tenancy. The specific requirements for your state may differ, so I would recommend looking up the "landlord tenant act" that applies where you live.

    Yes, you need to give him 30 or 60 days (depending on the state and how long you have lived there).
