Question

Help answer this question below.

I wondering... why do people get so upset/indignant when their s/o suspects them of cheating or doing something dishonest? Do these people really believe they are so perfect and innocent that it's okay to freak out if someone suspects they might not be?

Have you ever been accused of something you didn't do? That shit is aggrivating as hell. And if it's something that bad it says something about what that person thinks of your character.

And before everyone starts telling me I should have trusted my boyfriend or whatever, know that this is only a hypothetical question!

I don't get upset...It just that I know that I overreact too much and don't trust people...

But I try not to ovvereact unless there is proof that he actually cheated.

    I don't think that I'm perfect.

It's not about that. It's about being treated like you did something wrong whether you did or did not. Do you honestly like that? How would you feel if your mom or dad came up to you and started treating you like a liar when you've never lied to them? How would you feel if your friend decided you were talking behind her back, so she started treating you suspiciously? Would you honestly be okay with that?
