No. I have never experienced jet lag. Then again, that's because I've never left my time zone.

Yes, I get jet-lag, as a rule, whenever I travel to Europe. To try to make it as painless as possible; I force myself to sleep on the plane even if I have to take sleeping pills to do it.
-
Yes, quite a lot especially flying east over 6 time zones.

Big time once....went from the Heineken museum/brewery in Amsterdam to the airport....big mistake....landed in Boston after a stopover in Iceland and I felt more like a zombie! Ugh!!!
-
Oh yes, big time. It usually doesn't hit me until a couple of days afterward. It's happened travelling between the mainland (US) and Hawaii, and the times I traveled to England and to Italy.

Am guessing I have. I flew from Washington state to Hawaii but was ok when I got there. Had a cold just the week before I left and slept the cold away so I was on Hawaii time already. I stayed for 5 days. Now when I came back it has been a week am so tired during the day and can't go to bed till midnight or after. I am lagging at home just feel so tired. Can Jet lag last a week or over?

It hasn't happened to me yet.
