When posting a technical question sent to the AB 'gods' using the Feedback link, how long should I expect to wait for a response? I am not being pushy, just anxious :)

Most likely it depends on their availability. Once I asked Rich to wipe out all of my mod points. He responded quite promptly - within the day or after a day, if I remember it right. He gave a technical explanation of how hard it would be for the staff to do that. Sometimes, I don't get a response at all. Maybe it also depends on the urgency of the issue that you want to raise.
