You have a wide base and a pipe welded to it at 90% at about 4 1/2 feet high then weld another pipe level with the ground about 1/2 a foot from the top of the upright pipe.This pipe should be about 1-1/2 feet long and a small seat welded to it.Sit on the seat and wear very loose clothing,like a Buddhist monk would wear to cover the seat and the pipe.The upright pipe should be made to look like a stick or cane,and you hold onto the top to make it look like you are stabilizing yourself.
