People fall for people... circumstances of how you met (i'm assuming through your wife) shouldn't matter. People may see it as weird but you know what, if the spark is there, who cares. Go for it. Hopefully your ex wife is mature though cause you have to realise it could be messy.

It is kind of like a slap on the face to your ex wife. And also puts her cuz in a poor position with her family.
