I want to pose nude.(for artistic reasons, NOT sexual reasons!) how do I go about finding a professional person to take the photos?

I would say check out craigslist.com because it is an excellent resource for gigs, creative talent, and hooking up with local professionals. But I must also add the caveat to know where you are going and be safe!

Maybe try a local college? Maybe they need some nude models. If you do get a photographer, I would definetly consider using a female photographer. With a guy that could get kind of akward.
