They've recently found that peanut butter can actually be very healthy for you. Weird, right? You would think it would be bad. Only problem is, is that it is high in fat. I would just go to the peanut butter isle and find the stuff that's lowest in fat and go with that. Don't overdue it or anything because too much could make you gain weight. Just because of it's high calorie count.

The sugarless, all natural kind, I would say

Homemade. Peanuts, a little oil, a blender, and Viola! The best sugarfree, natural, healthy peanut butter ever. And the freshest, since you make it as you want it instead of buying that stuff that's full of preservatives so it will last for years on your supermarket shelf.

Don't buy peanut butter that says partially hydrogenated or hydrogenated. The best peanut butter I've tried is Adams 100%. It has a great taste, no artifical stuff and it's not hydrogenated... basically it doesn't have all the bad stuff which is found in Jiffy or Skippy; Adams has organic which I prefer. Of course the optimal peanut butter is homemade with appropriate and healthy ingredients.
