    what you are talking about is becoming an emancipated minor. yes you can. the requirements vary state to state, but for most you can move out at 16. HOWEVER, that being said, i caution you on this course of action. be very very careful before doing this, because it will probably burn bridges behind you, that you may not be ready to lose. i advise to wait, but obvioiusly it is your life. anywho, seek the advice of many people before pursuing this course of action.
