You bet, and I had a crush on her. It was Miss Barber and that was in 1952. I was devastated when she marreid another teacher, Mr. Miller, and hated calling her Mrs. Miller. But I won't forget either name. J Jansen Wisconsin

I don't remember my first grade teacher's name but I do remember the names of my 4th, 5th and 6th grade teachers--Mrs. Scott, Ms Feddick and Mr. Farmer.
