There is a leak in the trunk of my 2000 Miata, but the rubber seal is intact. How can I fix this?

    That happened to my 99 miata. its pretty much a regular maintenance issue and free + easy to fix in most cases. see http://forum.miata.net/vb/showthread.php?t=269132 you will find how to fix it there. Good luck btw rain-rail = gutter for your soft top

    There are 2 places you should check for this to start:
    1. Check to see if the ring/seal around your antenna mast is loose
    2. check to see if your gutters around the trunk is clean and free from debris.
