I live in Michigan. I paid my restitution 5-4-04 in full, I was taking off probation 5-4-04. Haow can I get the felony off my record?

    You can file an application with the sentencing court to set aside the conviction (if it was your first and only conviction), but you must wait five years after sentencing or release. The applicable law is MCL Section 780.621.
