I had a temporary restraining order placed against my soon to be ex-husband. My daughter witnessed the offense. I have court on Monday to have the case heard. I am hoping the arresting officers are in court, do are they required by law to be there? WI.

If they are not there, the case report will be used as testimony. But I imagine they will be present. -
