Either Rincewind or Sam Vimes. There isn't a character I dislike, theres a few I wasn't too fond of at first but I grew to love them like all the rest.

Moist von Lipwig....The best character TP wrote. For those who care TP is taking some curious steps to treat his on set Altimeters. He is being treated with infra red light in some way that is supposed to augment brain cell growth.

I am fairly new to the discworld but i've enjoyed all the ones i've read so far and no i wouldn't say there was anybody in there that that i couldn't like! i also liked the wizard rincewond and laughed at the luggage with all those legs that would be a cool piece off kit to own lol

Death is fairly good... So is Vimes...
My absolute favorite, though, is Vetinari. No questions asked. "I do believe it is pineapple".
"Veni, Vidi, Vetinari".
I don't like Carrot that much... he seems too... perfect..

The best is Granny Wethervax of course. The nicest evil old hag imaginable.
The worst is difficult. In the early books I would say Rincevind. An empty parody with no depth. In later books I guess the Dean. All archetype and again empty.

I'm a big Vimes fan, too, and Rincewind is hilarious. I know it borders on blasphemous, but it took awhile for me to warm up to Twoflower.

You guys are both crazy- DEATH takes the cake. Rincewind dims in comparison. I do love Vimes, though. It took me awhile to get used to him but now he's one of my favorites.
