    I think it's B semantic ambiguity, but only if you miswrote the question which should be written "A claim whose ambiguity is due to.. etc etc".

    Semantic ambiguity has to do with the ambiguity inherent within a particular word or phrase (i.e. great, meaning big or good), instead of being ambiguous due to relationship between other words or clauses of a sentence i.e. "Monty flies back to front." (Monty returns to the frontline; or Monty flies backwards)
