It is usually recommended in these cases to contact an attorney to represent you. The ins. company is likely to fight paying these bills long enough to do serious damage to your credit rating.
You should contact them immediately, don't wait. They'll work out a way for you to process the bills which come in later.
Contact the other driver's insurance immediately because he/she's at fault.
The day you noticed your first injury, related to this crash, is the day you should have put the other persons insurance company on notice.
They may give you a serious case of rejection, if you did not notify them, within a reasonable time of the crash.
I only hope your name was included on the police accident report, at the time of the accident.
This may be your only salvation for medical payments.
If you are rejected, you will need an attorney.

Can I refile a claim if at first I did not claim Workmans Comp and it happened on the job? My employer said to file with Workmans Comp.
