Help answer this question below.

92 Tercel, When it is cold and wet, the starter cranks and cranks but won't turn over.. not even try to turn over. Could it be a cracked dist. cap or dist seal? When it warms up in the day, then starts immediately, no problems.

    yeah, moisture in dist cap, use boot grease also

    moisture in the distributor cap. or cracked plug wires. moisture either way.
