Well, I haven't seen it...but I am dying to. It looks very funny and entertaining. I hear Kazikstan is throwing a fit over it, which I can understand. It's all in fun though. Edit: I have now officially seen Borat....Possibly one of the funniest movies I have ever seen in my lifetime. Very offensive...which is why it is so funny. I would recommend it to anyone.

I am going to see it today so I'll update when I come back. Woohhoo I am excitedddd! Edit: Best movie ever, it was pretty much the funniest thing I have ever seen. I love Sacha Baron Cohen, he's a genius. hahah. I am going to have to agree with Mr. McClister on this one. ...now, what about my avatar? hahah.

Very funny. Though can totally see why lots of people would be offended. Very near the knuckle jokes.

I loved the film! Being British, it showed me how differently Americans deal with awkward situations to ourselves - for example phoning the Sherriff at the dinner party to get him and his friend removed. I don't think that would have been done here in the UK. I was also very surprised to see how hostile people were to him when he was introducing himself to strangers in New York - I hear that during filming he was punched by some bloke!!! I'm convinced though that the Pamela bit when she was signing autographs was staged - apart from that all very good and very funny :)

I've seen it...Thought it was different, awkward, made me squirm in some scenes. Like watching a train wreck. I never laughed. I can't believe it won an award for best comedy of the yr.

I thought it was really funny! I dont see how anyone cant! I even learned a few things from that movie! :) Like how to say "hi" in kazakstanian =]

I loved it. Equal opportunity offender. How can one be so "offended" and entertained at the same time? The film lags a bit after two thirds of the running time, until the final Pamela showdown.
