What is palming in basketball?

    A rule they NEVER call in the NBA, even though it happens all of the time!!!

    Basically it happens when a player picks up a ball with one hand and stops their dribble but then continues on dribbling as if they never stopped.

    holding a basketball with one hand, its like picking up the whole basketball with you palm facing down. Only people with big hands can do it, usually guys

    it when you don't dribble yoju scoop the ball with your plam...
    thats the best way i can describe it lol
