Do people still wear shorts with knee high dark socks and dress shoes or is that a thing of the past?

Is that something from like 1981? I remember some thing like that, I also remember women that used to wear the long leg warmers and white pantyhose, this for many was the Jane Fonda look of 1982

I know people wear them with short skirts, so I don't see why not. :) But I wouldn't wear dress shoes with them unless you are wearing a skirt...

I wear dress shorts, dark knee socks, and black or brown loafers to work. I also wear it casually around town. People look at me, but at this stage of my life (50) I really could care less what people think!
