I would say very few. We don't make it a practice of running with the bulls. And, running away from one doesn't work because they are faster than a human.

True story... My husbands best buddie was driving a transport from province to province.He stopped for a bathroom break and switched seats with his partner(he took the wheel).They got in a MVA 5 minutes down the road.He was thrown from the transport and died.There were injured cattle all over the road.Police had to dispurse them as they were in pain.The passenger lived. I guess they say the sound was gruesome.Sorry,I bet this was asked in humour??

I do not know the exact figures but I can tell you that my Mother-in-law killed 3 people last year that tried to cut in front of her in the buffet line

I have been trying to find the answer too. What I do know is that cows kill more humans than sharks do per year.
