Now, does Sharia Law say that a 10 year old child (of any gender) cannot be married and subject to sexual intercourse?

    If you are desperate for an answer (though dont downrate me for this) my answer is I do not know as I only follow the Koran! (as sharia law can be different amongst different people but the Koran is the same amongst all muslims). But even then I do not know what the Koran says, as the Koran is not in logical order (as you will know) and I am not good as searching.

    What Sharia Laws are you referring to? The True God's Laws (The Quran) or the Men made Laws?
    If for the first (the Quran, No one can Mary unless He becomes fully mature in his decision making process.
    And if 10 years old is immature, then the answer is no, according to Quran Law.
    But according to the Men Made Laws, the answer is yes.
