When you got divorced, when did you take your ring off? Was it before the divorce was finalized?

The day my husband moved out. I didn't waste any time getting it off my finger. I would wear it occasionally if I was going out with friends and didn't want any creepy bar-flys hitting on me. Yeah, that didn't deter them, but such is life.

My mom has been divorced twice and still wears both rings together. She had to have a lot of her other rings sawed off because her knuckles got huge from working in the factory. I don't know why she still wears them, she has a b/f.
