  • I can't speak for the world, but there are such places in the U.S. I know there is at least one place in Virginia that this is the case, it houses both trailers and motorhomes. People do live there full time.
  • There are hundreds of RV parks around the country that have full time, 12 month a year residents, usually in the southern US, because most northern parks close from about October to March,(too cold). Many full-timers live in the south for the winter, then wander north for the warmer seasons. Thus the term "snowbirds".
  • Yeah they are called "Dignity Villages" where low class unemployed and criminals gather round. You should see the trash they leave when ordered to do so. Filthy and they call it "Dignity"?? Yeah right.
