  • Make sure they all understand that you are queen bee and not one of them. A squirt bottle filled with water and vinegar should do the trick whenever someone gets overly agressive. If they aren't being agressive and violent, leave them alone and let them work it out. They have to have a pecking order and there will be some hissing and spitting until they work it out. Just make sure they know that you are the top of the pecking order. That will cut it to a minimum.
  • put them in ajoining rooms and let them sniff each other under the door. also remove any toys, litter, bowls, etc from the house and try and make it 'neutral' territory.
  • Our two female cats only reached an uneasy truce with the two neutered boy kittens we rescued after I gave them all a common enemy. Whenever any of them started getting uppity, they got a (gentle) swat or a squirt. After a while, they figured out that getting along prevented unpleasant things like wet fur.
