No, any member that was found cheating on their spouse would be excommunicated. There is a strong emphasis on families in the church.

Some might, but if so, they’re certainly not in line with the teachings of the Church. The Church of Jesus Christ teaches abstinence outside of marriage and complete fidelity within marriage, just like every other Christian religion of which I am aware.
