Help answer this question below.

If one were to blog about an ex, could this in any way be defamation of character or slander? It wouldn't be anything bad in my opinion but you never know what people might be offended by. Also, he is not a U.S. citizen.

    As long as they are telling the truth and not making stuff up, I don't think they can do anything about it.

    you know, i would say go for it.

    i see bloging as an online diary...that's public. if someone get's offended...they get offended. woop de do. so far, i havn't heard of anyone sueing someone else over a blog. lol.

    and if they are sensitive enough to be offended, then they need to get a life, in my opinion.

    unless it's breaking the law, there's no need to get offended. and they need to realize that.
