I see a place for manicured lawns. I also see a need for wild areas, especially incorporating lake shores, ponds and riverbanks, where wild plants and wildlife could thrive and be enjoyed by nature-lovers and conservationists.
Artificial turf is absolutely out for me.
In the city manicured in rural areas natural undergrowth.
Manicured shows proud ownership.

I have an eviction on my credit and I am trying to get an apartment. A close friend told me that if I dispute something on my credit report it is required by law to not be visible to any leasing office that pulls my credit for 30 days. Is this true?

How can you get someones name off of your deed if you cant find that person or get him to sign anything? We were scammed and this guy has his name on our deed along with mine.
