No, I switch brands all the time. Sometimes, one brand tastes the best. For example, in the USA, Hellamn's mayonaisse and Lea and Perrins Worchestshire sauce--then I am a brand loyalist. I tend to use only 2 or 3 brands of gasoline, also. I often use house brands for canned and frozen food.

YES.. Sometimes to my downfall. I am so brand devoted to some components in the shooting world, that I will refuse to use something else, even if it has been proven to be better. I lose more matches that way... (Or maybe it's that I need to keep an excuse in my pocket)

For some things, absolutely. Hellmann's/Best Foods mayo Heinz ketchup Dr Pepper (none of that store-brand stuff!) Donna Karan Ralph Lauren Yoplait Apple Canon Mooney BMW OK, some of those brands are aspirational, but the idea is the same.

Mostly, when I can be, especially in colas, since I think Coke(R) is IT and Pepsi is $h*t. And Marlboro probably owes me an iron lung by now with reward points.
