If I am beginning to reach the stratusphere, I start talknig to myself. Out loud. But I wear my blue tooth earpiece so people don't think I'm nutz! Nah, just kidding about that part. I couldn't care less what anybody thinks if it's bad! I begin talking myself off the proverbial ledge and telling myself to calm down, that everything is going to be okay, and just relax. And Breathe. Breathe. Breathe.

Just back away from the problem & take a few good deep breaths & maybe a good walk. This is just something I do, get my mind off of things that may be causing stress.

I try to keep off all sorts of thinking and thoughts away till the time I have completely destressed myself.. I usually take a brisk walk.. talk to people about other things.. relax.. and take some deep breathings..

I get Extremely pissed off, and i start been hella mean to the point that i got to stop what i am doing and take a walk & smoke a lil bit so i can relax. i hate it though
