Thanks for this qustion Kev:):) Maybe if they had some oil..we would be over there. It's sad:(:( I just donated 1/2 of my tips I made at work to the Darfur Project..it was through my mom's Church:):)

There is no oil there Kev..just people dying. I think I heard recently that someone wanted to protest the treatment of the people and issued a strongly worded statement against the government and its release was rejected because it was felt that would only make things worse for the people..cowardice abounds everywhere..self-interest and greed are the dominant drivers..we talk about "human rights violations" with regard to China..we ignore (except for empty words) everyone else....and so it goes. :(

I agree, with no oil, there's no help. But I'm more worried that the ICC has decided to arraign al Bashir. That will not help bring peace in that region. More blood is gonna spill and the world will be a distant away, watching with fake tears!!!!
