eat 6 cans of beans, a whole cabbage, three bananas and chug 6 liters of soda. when you feel the urge, lower your drawers, bend over, and point the muzzle in the general direction of your target. light the bic. you may have to adjust the recipe to keep the the moisture content down, so just in case of a misfire the first few times, be close enough to your target, so that if it is too wet to ignite, you still have splatter effect.

im not instructing how, but make sure that you look this up: super soaker filled with gas. there are ways to mod a supersoaker using gas and a lighter with a closing mechanism so it doesnt blow up. check it out
