I realized I had washed and dried my sweater with a mint in the pocket. Now the candy has practically melted into the fabric of the pockets. It's sticky and semi-hard, how can I get it out?

    Soak the candy until soft, remove it, rinse the area well in tepid water and re-wash the sweater

    you could just cut it out and not use that pocket anymore
