Depending on how your fake identification is used, this could be a misdeameanor or a felony charge.
Thats either, 11 months 29 days in a local jail or one year or more in prison.

A lot. Besides the original crime that you are committing that is causing you to choose to use fake documentation, you have counterfeiting of documentation to go along with it. And intent to deceive is proved, because you know that you are using fake documentation.
