  • Either criminal law or tort. However, if your neighbor is only cursing at you (and not at odd hours), then you really have no cause of action, nor is any crime being committed. This is because the First Amendment gives your neighbor the right to free speech (even profane speech). If your neighbor is cursing at you with a bull horn at odd hours, this could be a criminal nuisance, it also could allow you to sue under the tort of nuisance.
  • if you do a little research you will see about defamation of character
  • never have i said anything legalilly for cursing, and yes defamation in a public place or anywhere which belittles a persons character say calling him a gay and hes not can bring emotoional problems to ones self and family and opened the door for civil suit the rich and powerful got that ball rolling think them for that, and come on in this world today sl dn or that will be your head rolling in the street that is a threat and no you have no legal right to make a threat,no state allows that check you home work you cant make a legal threat or any kind of threat a threat means to do any kind of bodily harm
  • do you not think that calling someone gay and their not is not a intent to cause emotional distress to a person espically if its done in front of others or in your neighborhood,do you not think that phrase is truley outrageous in the victims eyes and not ours, does he not have to go thru life in that place with his neighbors mocking him laughing at him constant calling of gay ,than it rools over to his children hearing or other family members hearing it that is intent as it gets heck this guy will start missing work because his mind is on that and his childrens feelings
