  • I would imagine you need some sort of degree from college. You would also have to work in a funeral home or coroner`s office or whatever it is as an apprentice for a while as well. It may be rather tricky to get into, as in some of these types of businesses it is usually handed down through family members. A son or nephew usually takes over from the dad or uncle, and you have to grow up in the business. But it would definitely be doable and worth looking into. Good Luck!
