There are a lot of Yoga exercises for the face which are easy to do and very good for tightening facial muscles. Invest in a Yoga book and get working on those sagging jowels

You can't just "spot" reduce. You have to lose weight everywhere in order to lose weight in the one spot you might be concerned with (your face). Sorry, but that's the way it works. Now, if it were another part of your body, say your thighs, you would still have to lose weight overall to lose weight in your thighs/legs, but in these "certain" areas, you CAN do exercises to just work that one area to try and speed up results. Only by loosing weight everybody else will your face become slimmer. too bad there is no head machine, otherwise life would be easier.
