When I see a young girls smoke, All I think is "How can she be so stupid" With everything we know about the long term effects of smoking someone must be really dumb to even want to try it. I agree with all other responses here. However I will say (ducks to avoid things being thrown at me lol) there's a possibility it can look sexy; there is a smoking fetish. If you take a beautiful woman (who's not a regular smoker), who has nice hair, skin, teeth, fingers, nails, etc, and simply take a pic of her, with pink or red lips wrapped around the cigarette or cigarillo (flavoured cigarettes, like mini cigars) inhaling and watching the smoke being expelled from her clean madeup mouth, it 'can' look sexy. But this is just the fantasy look of it; as we all know the reality is usually wrinkles, yellow skin tones and nails, bad teeth, etc. I think with the smoking fetish look it's more so simply the beautiful woman with something dirty in her mouth lol (one possibility).
