No, there is no universal symbol for atheism because atheists aren't organized. Atheist is a term that describes a person that lacks a particular belief. It says very little else (if anything) about the person. There is no symbol for people that don't believe in the tooth fairy, or people that don't collect coins. Similarly, there is no symbol for all atheists. However, there are some atheist organizations that have symbols. I believe AntigoneRising has given a couple of links.
