  • Yes. It is called fraud.
  • No. It violates your terms of service. It is not a matter of criminal law. Consider the "Soup Nazi" episode of Seinfeld. If you're banned from buying soup, but you put on a "fake identity" so he can't recognize you and buy soup, it's not a matter of criminal law, as long as you pay for the soup. If you don't pay for the soup, that's another matter. But simply faking your identity is not a matter. And even if one can construct a convoluted legal theory about why it would be illegal anyway, it's likely not one that any prosecutor is interested in pursuing. They have limited resources and prefer to spend them going after actual criminals.
  • Its fraud and Paypal will cancel your account, if discovered.
  • Remember this - it is only ever illegal when you get caught.
  • It's definately illegal...why would you want to?? You have to verify your payment methods added anyway... Do you have a fake bank account too??
  • YES that is extremly illegal.
  • yea, you know what they say. An eye for an eye. But in this case its the false identity for your identity. You will no longer be!!! RUN AND HIDE!!!!!
